Chris Despo

From the suburbs of Philadelphia, the red headed Chris Despo stands out in the mix of today’s musicians.  He has performed at many college and coffee house venues in the tri-state area.  Some venues include World Cafe Live, Burlap and Bean, The North Star Bar, University of Delaware, Widener University, Philadelphia University, and Verizon Hall in the Kimmel Center accompanying members of the Philadelphia Orchestra.

Despo’s music is of an acoustic rock/pop genre that is heavily influenced on music of the Dave Matthews Band, Jason Mraz, Coldplay, and Damien Rice.  He is currently working on his first fully produced album with Silvertone Studio’s.

Chris has been featured in local newspapers and magazines including Play Magazine, Philadelphia Style Magazine, and the News of Delaware County.
